Weaver Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Engineer with deep expertise across Microsoft technologies, with a particular emphasis on Local Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM | SCCM), and Microsoft Exchange. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale solutions, along with strong client-facing communication and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities Implement, and support Microsoft infrastructure, including: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD) MECM/SCCM
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Microsoft environments. Monitor system health, performance, and security. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools. Participate in IT projects including migrations, deployments, and new implementations. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and standards. Provide mentorship and support to junior staff or service desk teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience as a Microsoft Systems or Cloud Engineer. Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, MECM/SCCM and Microsoft 365. Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, including Failover Cluster and VMware). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, especially Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and email migrations (e.g., Google, Yahoo) Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Microsoft certifications Experience with Intune and endpoint management. Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices
Working Conditions
On Site/Hybrid/Fully Remote depending on project needs May require occasional evening or weekend work for system maintenance or emergency support
