Charlotte Tilbury Freelance (Part-Time/ weekends) Retail Makeup

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will promote Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. Sales experience in beauty and retail is required.

The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. You will drive business through exceptional artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. Your goal is to achieve sales targets by providing an exceptional shopping experience and exemplary service, exuding passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury.

Main Duties:

Sales:

Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.

Create brand awareness by sharing product knowledge.

Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

Customer Service:

Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.

Team Work:

Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.

Foster open communication, professionalism, and creativity.

Operations:

Ensure the counter is “customer ready” at all times.

Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers.

Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.

Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.

Help execute events.

Communicate regularly with the Brand field team regarding counter needs.

Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submit time sheets accurately.
