Charlotte Tilbury Freelance (Part-time) Retail Makeup

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. You need to be sales-driven with experience in beauty and retail. The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role requires reflecting the brand values and customer base, achieving sales targets, and providing a personalized shopping experience filled with passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury. Main Duties include: Sales:

Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets. Create brand awareness through product demonstrations and knowledge sharing. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

Customer Service:

Promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service at all times.

Team Work:

Maintain a positive, cooperative approach with colleagues. Encourage open communication, professionalism, and creativity.

Operations:

Keep the counter/customer area ready from open to close. Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment. Help with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement. Assist in event execution. Communicate regularly with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns. Manage schedule, clocking, and timesheets accurately.
