📞 Customer Service Representative – Health Insurance Support

Location: Bloomington, MN

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Contract through Jan 31 (Strong potential for permanent hire)

🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from members and healthcare providers
  • Answer questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility with accuracy and empathy
  • Navigate internal systems to verify information and resolve inquiries in real time
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service quality and member satisfaction
  • Participate in team bonding activities and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Maintain professionalism while managing a high-volume call queue

  • Required:

    • Previous call center experience
  • Preferred:
    • Healthcare or insurance experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
