Project Manager Established (60+ Years) Employee-Owned GC Seeking Project Manager for Restoration Projects in Long Island, NY - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. An established, employee-owned General Contractor based in Long Island with over 60 years in practice is seeking a Project Manager with experience in restoration and emergency services. This is an onsite position managing residential and commercial restoration projects across NYC metro.
Offer:
Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
Candidates must have prior experience managing restoration or construction projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required to coordinate teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge of estimating software and project documentation is preferred.
IICRC certifications or familiarity with water/fire/mold restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of restoration projects from initial assessment to final completion.
Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.
