THE JOB: The

Sales Account Executive (AE)

will partner with a Sales Development Rep (SDR) to run a

full-cycle sales process : prospecting, demos, presentations, and closing. You’ll also collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term client success. This role is perfect for a driven salesperson who thrives in a

hunter–closer environment

and wants to be part of a

fast-moving startup launch.

Main Responsibilities: Prospect into assigned sectors while managing inbound leads from your SDR. Build and manage a qualified pipeline in CRM, keeping data clean and updated daily. Deliver consultative sales pitches and demos tailored to client needs. Handle objections with confidence by clearly explaining features, advantages, and benefits. Run full sales meetings, prepare proposals/quotes, and send contracts within 24 hours. Close new business and ensure smooth client handoff to Customer Success. Re-engage existing clients with new product launches. Represent the company at industry events and systematically request referrals.

THE QUALIFICATIONS: 3–7 years in sales with

SaaS, martech, or CX technology solutions . Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills. CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a

startup, roll-up-your-sleeves

environment. Growth-oriented, resilient, and motivated by results. MUST reside in Austin Texas

THE BENEFITS: Base Salary:

$100K (targeting 5+ years sales experience). Commissions:

5–10% of margin generated, plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses. Full benefits
