About the Opportunity
A top-tier infrastructure contractor is seeking a Project Manager (PM) with experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (W/WWTP) projects. This position is ideal for someone with a technical foundation in civil or construction engineering and proven leadership in managing medium-sized infrastructure jobs from preconstruction through close-out.
The PM will lead scheduling, subcontractor management, billing, and financial reporting across project lifecycles. You’ll be the go-to coordinator for field operations, cost controls, and client-facing progress.

What You’ll Do
● Lead project startup, scheduling, and financial reporting ● Manage submittals, RFIs, and
subcontractor/vendor
coordination ● Oversee cost-to-complete reporting and project forecasting ● Conduct planning and progress meetings with field and executive leadership ● Resolve change orders, disputes, and contract clarifications ● Collaborate with estimating on project buyout and bid pricing ● Maintain project logs (change orders, RFIs, delays, submittals, etc.) ● Mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers ● Participate in industry associations or professional groups
What You Bring
● 5–10 years of construction management experience with at least 5 years in W/WWTP ● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field ● Registered Professional Engineer (preferred) ● Strong cost control, scheduling, and negotiation abilities ● Experience with mechanical, electrical, and integration systems for W/WWTP ● Proficient in MS Office Suite, P6 (Primavera), and Viewpoint ● Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated leadership style ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
