Remote Tax Manager
to support its high-net-worth (HNW) and pass-through entity clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position with a
true 40-hour workweek
— even during tax season.

About the Role As a Tax Manager, you'll oversee a mix of HNW individuals, pass-through entities, and closely held businesses. You'll work directly with clients on planning, structuring, and strategy — not just reviewing returns. Clients often have multi-entity setups, international exposure, trusts, gifting strategies, and real estate or investment holdings.
What You'll Do: Review and manage individual (1040), partnership (1065), S-Corp (1120S), and trust (1041) tax returns Serve as a key advisor to clients — lead planning calls and help them think ahead Support entity structuring, gifting strategies, multi-state and international tax matters Mentor and guide junior team members Work closely with partners on complex issues and planning projects
What They're Looking For 5–10 years
of public accounting experience, with a strong background in HNW or private client services Deep understanding of pass-throughs, multi-entity structures, and trusts/estates Comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and communicating clearly and proactively Able to work independently in a remote, digital-first environment CPA or EA required ; MST, LLM, or CFP® is a plus
