We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn professional to join our development team as a Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience building business-oriented solutions and have strong understanding of Salesforce Development stack. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented with strong analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: · Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, Visual Force pages, page layouts, triggers, controllers, reports, custom workflows and approval processes within and extending to/from the platform. · Build rich visual and reusable components for complex financial systems · Develop in Python · Maintain and support existing solutions · Translate business requirements into functional code
Qualifications: · Experience in the following languages: o Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web) o Python, SQL o HTML, CSS · Experience with o XML, REST, SOAP, gRPC · Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud. · Experience with Boomi, Tilio and DocuSign is a plus
Personal Attributes: · Creativity and strong attention to detail · Ability to work effectively on tight deadlines, as necessary · Advanced oral and written communication skills; strong proofreading skills · Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers · Must be positive, productive, and highly collaborative · Desire to learn new skills and improve
In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated hiring base salary for the role will be between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, also provides the opportunity for a performance based bonus and the Mesirow benefit program.
