Job Description: Packager – Paper Treating
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our paper treating production team. The Packager will be responsible for handling, inspecting, and packaging treated paper products in accordance with company quality standards and customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in following procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate packaging equipment and tools to prepare treated paper for shipment or storage. Inspect paper sheets/rolls for defects, damage, or irregularities before packaging. Bundle, wrap, and label products accurately according to production orders. Maintain clean and organized workstations, ensuring proper handling of materials. Follow safety guidelines when operating equipment and handling products. Record and track packaged quantities and report discrepancies. Assist with inventory counts and movement of finished goods to storage areas. Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely completion of orders. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to [X lbs]. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic math and reading skills for order verification and labeling. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Working Conditions

environment with moderate noise and dust. Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection. May involve standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
