A Tier One Supplier to Hyundai and KIA is seeking a new team member.

This role will start as a contract opportunity and may become a permanent opportunity for the qualified candidate.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm. Some Saturday mornings may be required for special events.

Pay: Determined by experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare new hire paperwork, and support orientation sessions.
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking as needed.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
  • Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain the vendor and coffee area.
  • Maintain the sanitation stations around the plant.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • You must be comfortable with working in both office and plant environments.
