8-9 years of overall experience and 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Systems or Business Analyst or QA Analyst, documenting and testing requirements using at least one of the following collaborative management tools: Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM or Confluence

Hybrid - Charlotte, NC/Iselin, NJ
8-9 years of overall experience and 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Systems or Business Analyst or QA Analyst, documenting and testing requirements using at least one of the following collaborative management tools: Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM or Confluence
Experience in working with product owners, stakeholders, and tech staff

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with executives or vendors
• Experience working with Financial Planning and Wealth Mgt systems development highly desirable
• Financial Services industry experiences is a plus
• Splunk, SQL, XML\XSD, experience working with XML based test harnesses, web service troubleshooting tools, assist with API design, data models, understanding DB Entity Relationship diagrams and documentation a plus
• Wealth Management software
• Understanding of retirement planning, modern portfolio theory or general investment principles
