Develop and implement effective IEPs (Individualized Education Programs). Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to support student success. Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary. Qualifications: Valid New Jersey teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification. Relevant certification or eligibility based on grade level and subject area. Experience working with students with autism, learning disabilities, or other special needs preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
