Available Positions include: Kindergarten Autism Teacher 1st-2nd Grade Autism Teachers (5 openings) 3rd-4th Grade Autism Teacher 4th-5th Grade Autism Teacher 7th-8th Grade Autism Teacher (valid 1000 K-8 certificate or eligibility to teach two 6-12 subjects required) Preschool Disabled Teacher 2nd Grade Learning Disabled Teacher High School Special Education Teacher (TOH certification or eligibility to teach two 6-12 subjects preferred) Middle School Special Education Social Studies Teacher High School Special Education Science Teacher Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored instruction to students with disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Employ evidence-based teaching strategies to support varied learning needs across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, administrators, and families to foster student growth Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and development Qualifications: Appropriate state certification or eligibility for the relevant special education or subject-specific areas Experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to student-centered instruction and collaboration This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a district that values special education professionals.
