Position: Inside Sales Representative Were hiring an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who is passionate about building relationships and driving results. Serve as a customer service representative: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and exceptional service. Engage customers and sell our product through email, phone, and occasionally in person. Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets Develop a deep understanding of Rugbys product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to company policies and procedures Take sales orders, prepare accurate price quotes and proposals, and negotiate terms when necessary Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction Make efforts to achieve short-term sales targets and improve goodwill Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM software as required. Qualifications

1+ years proven building material knowledge preferred Passionate and experienced in providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers by phone or in person via counter sales as needed Energetic, with the ability to actively manage ongoing customer communications and coordinate logistics on various projects Previous inside sales experience in building materials or construction, or customer service in related industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with customers Knowledge of Rugbys product offerings or willingness to learn Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools Customer-focused, results-driven, with a steady, measured work pace and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Employment type
