The Opportunity We’re building a world-class RevOps function from the ground up; we need a sharp, curious specialist to help us get there. As our
Revenue Operations Analyst , you’ll be at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, and strategy.
This isn’t a back-office reporting role. It’s a front-row seat to the engine that drives revenue across multiple businesses. You’ll analyze the data, design the systems, and recommend the plays that directly impact growth.
Here’s what you’ll take on: Design & Optimize RevOps Foundations : Build scalable processes, playbooks, and automations that keep our sales team laser-focused on revenue. Data & Insights That Matter : Turn complex data into crystal-clear dashboards and forecasting models that help leadership make better, faster decisions. Sales Enablement : Equip our reps with the tools, training, and CRM systems (HubSpot) that give them an edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Ops, and Finance to align revenue strategy across the company, and present insights directly to leadership. This role is hands-on, highly visible, and perfect for someone who wants to grow fast in the RevOps space. Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales ops, or a related role. Strong HubSpot CRM skills; bonus if you’ve driven advanced automation or integrations. Analytical horsepower with Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools; able to translate data into action. Comfortable leading projects and partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
