Our firm has been engaged to place a dynamic and solutions-driven HR Generalist for a growing manufacturing client in Orlando, FL. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by strengthening HR operations, driving process improvements, and supporting a diverse workforce across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about creating best-in-class HR practices. Responsibilities
Support daily HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS system management, reporting, and troubleshooting. Partner with recruiters and department managers to assist in employee lifecycle management and seasonal hiring support. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity. Provide guidance on company policies and employment law to ensure compliance across locations. Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates. Coordinate training, orientation, and employee development programs as needed. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 35 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hands-on experience with Paycom is required. Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to support multi-location operations and collaborate with remote teams. Seniority level
