Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI Help Desk Candidate to work at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. The Help Desk Specialist provides technical support to end users across a range of hardware, software, and network systems. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, responding to support requests via phone, email, and in-person, and ensuring timely resolution through documentation and escalation as needed.
