POSITION OVERVIEW We’re looking for a creative and energetic
Marketing Coordinator
to lead the digital marketing efforts for our corporate events center as well as full retail center. This role will be responsible for driving visibility and engagement through content creation, website updates, social media management, influencer partnerships, and tenant collaboration. If you're passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and content that converts from the second screen, then this role is for you!
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing & Content Creation Manage and grow the center’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content across platforms, including video, photography, blog posts, email campaigns, text message marketing, push app notifications, and web copy. Maintain and update the center’s website with fresh, relevant content including event listings, tenant features, and blogs. Write compelling and on-brand social media copy, email newsletters, and blog articles that support key marketing campaigns and tenant promotions. Community & Influencer Engagement Partner and build and nurture relationships with local and statewide influencers to amplify the center’s reach alongside the CrossRidge PR team. Collaborate with local media outlets and community partners to promote events and center happenings. Serve as a connector between the center and the local community, helping to activate and promote community-focused initiatives. Tenant Relations Partner with tenants to support their individual marketing efforts and promotion and provide them with access to updating their storefront on the website. Coordinate cross-promotional campaigns and highlight tenant stories across center marketing channels. Assist in planning and executing tenant events and activations. Event Promotion Support the promotion of center-wide events and community activations. Capture live content at events for real-time social media use and post-event coverage. Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (retail or lifestyle experience a plus). Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to create compelling copy for various platforms. Proficient in shooting and editing short-form video for social media (Reels, TikToks, etc.). Comfortable working behind and in front of the camera if needed. Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or Constant Contact), and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, BrandWatch, or others). Outgoing, creative, and community-minded with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities. Google Analytics or other analytics tools MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and other presentation skills Experience in the following areas are a plus!
