You will ensure that caregiver perspectives are embedded into care models and policies, while supporting training, compliance, and high-fidelity Wraparound practices. Lead, train, and consult with Family Partners and Senior Family Partners across the agencyEnsure family-driven care is implemented within Wraparound and child-serving programsDevelop, monitor, and implement protocols, workflows, and best practices for Family PartnersProvide consultation and training to staff and leadership on caregiver perspectives and peer support modelsConduct monthly consultation groups for Family Partner leadershipOversee quality assurance, including surveys, outreach, and fidelity evaluationsSupport program improvement and respond to staff, provider, and family concernsCollaborate with program directors, senior leadership, and external agencies to promote family-driven care Who You Are: Associates or Bachelors degree in human services with at least 1 year of experience working with youth; or High School diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience working with youthAt least 5 years of experience in program development and oversightExperience supervising or managing home-based or Wraparound programs preferredPrior experience as a caregiver of a youth with behavioral health needs requiredStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to train and support staffKnowledge of child-serving systems and family engagement best practicesAbility to travel between Central and Western Massachusetts We Hire for Purpose!
