Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and organization throughout the day. Accept and provide constructive feedback; participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Support shrink reduction goals and programs; comply with labor laws and company policies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred. Pay and Benefits
Starting pay range: $15.49 to $15.99 per hour (actual start based on skills, qualifications, and experience).
