Proven track record of demonstrating superhero abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind breads. Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. plus is an important task of this role; the ability to stand, lift, and mix is a daily requirement. Work through change and be flexible while keeping a close eye on whats cooking. Adhere to the Bread Baking schedule, which starts around 11 am 7 pm, with a shift on Sunday (store closed). The schedule may flex into overnight shifts during holidays. Qualifications
Large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; training available for the right person). Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards. Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus. Additional Requirements
