Build effective relationships with senior business leaders to create and integrate best in class talent acquisition practices and strategies for individual business units. Anticipate staffing needs and related issues, and utilize creative, customized approaches to supplement traditional sourcing methods. Leading with data and talent insights to proactively engage business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and recruiting processes for complex roles which require challenging skillsets. Work directly with senior and/or executive level leaders in building and developing recruiting strategies. Use pipelining and direct sourcing techniques to deliver deep, diverse pools of best-in-class candidates.

Review, screen and disposition accurately candidate applications to present a qualified list of candidates.

Partner with Talent Operations team to efficiently arrange interviews/assessments in a timely manner.

Build a strong understanding of the Enterprise, the EVP, Culture and roles to be a positive ambassador in all engagements.

Support executive level hiring, following the appropriate process leveraging required assessment tools.

Drive operational excellence through adhering to our end-to-end recruitment process and capabilities to ensure a strong partnership between talent acquisition and hiring leaders - maximizing inclusive sourcing, mitigating bias in the recruitment process, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Use market intelligence and data analysis to contribute expertise to compensation deliberations with HR Partners and the Hiring Leader. Articulate offer components and philosophy to candidates to navigate negotiations and ensure acceptance.

Develop a strong understanding of the compensation philosophy to propose and position offers at the right level - partnering with the compensation team as appropriate and supporting the Executive Compensation Process (ECP) when needed.

Manage and build stakeholder relationships in your business line to deepen your knowledge, share Talent Insights and external market knowledge to help inform hiring decisions and outcomes.

Identify potential issues or concerns through comprehensive understanding of HR Compliance. Partner with Centers of Excellence and HRBP to understand affirmative action plans for business lines; develop recruitment strategies with Hiring Leader to address deficiencies.

Identify opportunities for process improvements that bring about efficiencies and improve the candidate/leader experience.

Influence process and policy across the recruiting function in partnership with key stakeholders, business partners, and recruiting solutions team. May lead projects across the Talent Acquisition function.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years) *

Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.

5+ years of Talent Acquisition work experience that includes extensive knowledge of recruiting processes, strategy, and implementation.

Demonstrated consultative and proactive leadership style.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and communicate with senior level executives and provide coaching in the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications

8-10 plus years Talent Acquisition experience in professional and/or financial services

Understanding of the full lifecycle recruiting best practices. Demonstrated understanding of compliant hiring practices.

Strong knowledge of various compensation vehicles and how to successfully collaborate with the Compensation Center of Excellence to craft an appropriate, compelling offer. Able to successfully articulate offer components and negotiate with candidates to ensure acceptance.

Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the demonstrated ability to translate talent data and insights into a compelling story that informs and drives strategy, action, and decision-making.

Experienced at leveraging tools, technologies, and resources to proactively source, engage, nurture, recruit, and onboard talent. Experience with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, and Beamery (or a comparable CRM) is preferred.

Strong PC skills, such as with the Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, prospect management tools, and social media techniques.

Demonstrated ability to work with mid-level and senior leaders.

Stakeholder management experience including influencing without authority.

Prior financial services industry experience.
