The General Manager is the face of the restaurant, serving as a role model for the staff and a leader in hospitality skills and guest service. Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic leadership for all FOH and BOH operations, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous growth Oversee daily service standards, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction Manage financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, cost controls, and reporting, to meet and exceed business goals Monitor and enforce operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements across all departments Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term operational sustainability Drive effective communication across all levels of staff, addressing performance, resolving conflicts, and making hiring and termination decisions as needed Serve as the primary decision-maker for guest relations, service recovery, and conflict resolution, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence Your Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager for a high volume ($10M+) upscale or fine dining restaurant Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable Excellent communicator with proven interpersonal and organizational abilities Strategic thinker and proactive planner who thrives under pressure in high-volume service environments Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and cultivating a strong, positive workplace culture Highly dependable, punctual, and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Loyal and mission-driven professional committed to upholding service excellence and long-term organizational success EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Job Details
