At Mixmax, we’re reimagining the way revenue teams work — helping them move faster, stay aligned, and close more deals. Our platform automates busywork, delivers real-time insights, and keeps communication flowing across every touchpoint. We’re built to work where our users already are, like Gmail and Salesforce, so they can focus on what matters most.

We’re hiring a

Senior Product Manager

to help shape the future of our platform. This isn’t a backlog-management role. We’re looking for a strategic, user-obsessed product manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and cares deeply about impact. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, customer value, and team velocity.

You bring a bias for action and a win-win mindset. You seek out customer pain, partner naturally with design and engineering, and rally teams with clarity and purpose. If you love solving complex problems and driving momentum, this role is for you.

Outcomes In Your First 3 Months

Build deep context on Mixmax — the product, customers, and business model

Conduct customer and internal interviews to map current pain points

Own and refine the roadmap in your area with clear goals and metrics

Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, and GTM leads

Ensure all upcoming sprints are well-scoped and aligned with team priorities

Gain access to key dashboards and define metrics you’ll own

In Your First 6 Months

Maintain a prioritized 1–3 month backlog with documented rationale

Launch product improvements or experiments with clear impact data

Support the definition of a 1–2 year product vision and strategy for your area

Lead cross-functional projects with visible customer and business outcomes

Collaborate with other PMs on platform, AI, and user experience efforts

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive discovery and delivery for high-impact product initiatives

Partner closely with design and engineering to create elegant, user-first solutions

Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics in your product area

Identify opportunities where AI can enhance workflows and user value

Use data and customer insight to prioritize and validate product decisions

Communicate vision, updates, and decisions with clarity across stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment

Proven track record of shipping successful products with measurable outcomes

Strong ability to translate strategy into clear goals and execution plans

Experience working closely with design and engineering through all phases of development

Comfort working in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments

Curiosity and fluency around modern AI tools and product use cases

Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and visual

Nice to Have

Experience with workflow automation, communication tools, or productivity software

Hands-on experience building or integrating AI features (e.g. summarization, recommendations)

Background in roles where deep customer empathy was core to success
