Basic Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Physical capability to navigate within confined spaces. Possession of a valid driver's license with the capability to operate a company vehicle. Ability to lift weights of up to 70 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Driver's License required Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles. Experience working in confined spaces.

As an installer, your primary duties encompass a range of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. These responsibilities include:
Work under the direction of the Crew Foreman to install foundation repair, waterproofing, encapsulation solutions in the customer’s home
Follow our procedures and work effectively as part of a team Install waterproofing solutions, foundation repair, crawl spaces, sump pumps, concrete raising, gutters window well solutions and more Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and material needed to complete the project Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters Complete projects efficiently and safely Use and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
