Accounts Payable Specialist
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices. Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries professionally. Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities. Support system integration and implementation projects as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Proficiency in Oracle or Epicor ERP systems is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to change and a desire to embrace new technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Integration/Implementation experience is a huge plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
