Role Overview
Join the Dental Global Customer Solutions team as a Customer Care Advocate, providing professional, empathetic support to dental customers. You'll respond to calls and emails, research policy details, process transactions, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email Provide accurate info on products, policies, and claims Process requests using systems like Salesforce, Word, and Insight Build trust through strong communication and empathy Uphold service standards while resolving issues efficiently Requirements
High School Diploma or GED 1+ year customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality) Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens Flexible availability Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 11 PM EST Must live within 1 hour of Oriskany, NY Preferred
Call center experience Dental/insurance knowledge Salesforce familiarity Strong multitasking, listening, and typing skills #TMCS
