Customer Service Rep - Contract - Oriskany, NY- $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Location: Within 1 hour of Oriskany, NY (Remote after training) Start Date: October 6, 2025 Max pay rate: $20 per hour Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 11 PM EST (flexible shifts) Assignment: 3-month contract with potential extension
Training is in-person Oct 6-Nov 5, nesting until Nov 21. Attendance is mandatory.
About the Job Our client is seeking Customer Care Advocates to join their Dental Customer Solutions team and make a real impact by helping customers navigate their dental insurance benefits with empathy and care.
What You will do: • Handle inbound calls/emails • Resolve inquiries and claims • Navigate multiple systems • Build customer trust
What You'll Need: • 1+ year customer service experience • Intermediate computer literacy • High School Diploma or GED • Flexibility and strong communication skills
Preferred: • Call center/dental insurance experience • Salesforce familiarity
