Responsibilities Must have FL Real Estate License Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines Take part in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications
