Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated

Customer Service Assistant

to join our Washington, DC team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide support to the client service team, and help ensure a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in customer service and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person Support scheduling and confirming client meetings and appointments Assist with maintaining accurate customer records and files Help prepare materials for client interactions, meetings, and events Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively Provide clerical and administrative support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Qualifications
