Executive Assistant Position
This role involves supporting a Director within the Software Networking department. The position requires managing a heavy calendar and coordinating regular meetings. Responsibilities: Manage heavy calendaring and set up meeting series. Coordinate and schedule regular syncs with the Director's manager who has a hectic schedule. Assist with chasing down necessary contacts for meetings. Adapt to high levels of ambiguity and maintain a high bias for action in all tasks. Essential Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook. 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience. High emotional intelligence. Ability to work efficiently in a direct and high-performing team environment. Work Environment: The work environment is high-performing with high expectations. The Director is kind and soft-spoken but often busy, requiring flexibility such as conducting one-on-one meetings over the phone while in transit. Clear boundaries regarding availability, especially outside traditional work hours, need to be established based on personal situations. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
