Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide general support to our team, focusing on group administration and coordination of various operational tasks. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop in the administrative space within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support primarily for a group of 3,000 people, including 1,200 in Redmond. Coordinate meetings, events, and department financial operations. Manage personnel operations and facility purchasing and operations. Complete special projects as assigned. Coordinate travel arrangements and enforce team policies and procedures. Support group orders, vendor requests, and onboarding items, including setting up new hires, managing equipment, and space planning. Essential Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in group administration and team support for large teams. Experience with space management and related duties. Experience within an administrative role. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and project management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a large tech company is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow in the admin space. Ability to take ownership of projects and efficiently complete them. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Work Environment
This role is fully onsite, five days a week, at our Redmond campus. You will be working in a large, fast-paced office building, part of a close-knit team that offers support and values collaboration. This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
