We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to showcase your communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction through attentive and empathetic interactions.


Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with attentiveness and courtesy.

• Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

• Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions in company systems.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team.

• Strive to meet or exceed daily performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

• Exhibit a positive and attentive demeanor while representing the company.

• Adapt to scheduled shifts and maintain flexibility to meet business needs.


The salary range for this position is $18/hr to $18/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and adapt to varying shift requirements.
