Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $125k - $180k + bonus, car allowance, flexible PTO, 401k w/match, benefits
Requirements: Must have 1) a minimum of 10 years of overall construction experience, 2) at least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and 3) have strong experience with projects over $40 Million.

You Will: This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while ensuring strict adherence to safety policies and quality control standards. Responsibilities include coordinating shop drawing approvals, managing budgets and change orders, supervising staff development, and maintaining detailed reports and logs. The position also requires collaboration with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract compliance, attending project meetings and walkthroughs, and securing billing approvals. Regular worksite presence and flexibility to take on additional duties are essential to success in this role.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million.
