Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the restaurant leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Why join us? Benefits
