We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial AI Commercialization Lead to drive the go-to-market commercialization of Mastercard Agentic AI solutions, a next-generation payments breakthrough designed to transform how businesses and users interact with digital payments. The Global Partnerships team enables leading tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build and scale solutions leveraging Mastercard technology. Responsibilities
Define and execute the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Agentic products and services in collaboration with Core, Services, Commercial New Payment Flows, and regional teams to unlock potential revenue synergies and ensure Agentic AI capabilities align with market needs and customer feedback. Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI platforms to identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents in payments and lead market entry strategies. Partner with internal teams including account management, product management and other enabling organizations to effectively operate as one team in front of partners. Lead all aspects of partner proposals and deal execution (business case development, commercial terms, negotiations, and contracting) in close collaboration with finance, legal, compliance, product, engineering and regional teams. Represent Mastercard as a thought leader in conferences and contribute to the AI safety and autonomous agents dialogue. Lead pilot programs, co-creation initiatives, and early adopter engagements to validate and scale Agentic AI deployments. Define KPIs for adoption, retention, and revenue; continuously optimize commercialization strategies based on data and feedback. All About You (Qualifications)

Early adopter mindset with hands-on experience applying emerging technologies—especially AI—to drive innovation. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution. Deep understanding of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and/or experience with payment networks, digital assets, or related commercialization environments. Proven success leading business development and driving strategic partnerships in fast-paced, evolving settings. Experience developing, launching, and executing industry-wide partnership strategies and innovative go-to-market models in developer-first ecosystems. Ability to lead the business development process, negotiate externally and internally to drive deal commercialization. Technical acumen: experience with technical products or engineering background; ability to understand technical concepts and documents. Demonstrated leadership of diverse, global cross-functional teams; excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite. Comfort with ambiguity, high autonomy, and accountability. Compensation Total Base Pay Range: 220,000.00 - 400,000.00 USD Annual Employment Details Employer: Mastercard. Employment type: Full-time.
