2 positions available About the Role
Were seeking
two full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
to serve elementary school students across 23 school sites within Orange County, CA. The caseload includes students with mild to severe speech and language needs. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about early intervention, inclusive practices, and making a measurable difference in the lives of children. Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech/language assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned to student needs
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
Collaborate with teachers, SLPAs, paraeducators, and special education teams
Monitor progress and maintain timely documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and parent consultations
Supervise SLPA(s) as needed
Caseload & Support
Elementary-aged students (TK6)
Mild to severe disabilities, including articulation, fluency, language, voice, and AAC needs
Supportive team of SLPAs and paraeducators on-site
Assigned to approx. 23 school sites (all within the district)
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid California SLP License or CTC Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs welcome to apply)
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Ability to work onsite full-time
Strong communication and organizational skills
