We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
for a
full-time, in-person position
in
Sonoma, California
for the
20252026 school year . The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy and support to students with communication needs in a school-based setting. Position Details:

Schedule:
Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday
Duration:
Full School Year
Setting:
Public school | Onsite only
Caseload:
Assigned by supervising SLP and school team (varies by site/need)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision
Assist in implementing IEP goals and data collection
Prepare and organize therapy materials
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication goals
Maintain service logs, progress notes, and student documentation
Participate in school team meetings when appropriate
Qualifications:
Valid
California SLPA license
required
Associates degree from an SLPA program or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Experience with IEP processes and school documentation systems
