The Elma School District is seeking a full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to serve a caseload of approximately
60-70 students
spanning
grades 3 through 12 (ages 8-22) . This onsite position covers elementary, middle, and high school settings with a focus on delivering high-quality speech and language services for the 20252026 school year. Position Details:

Hours:
35 hours per week

Tony VBD (Onsite only)
Caseload:
60-70 students
Grade Levels:
3rd through 12th grade (ages 8-22)
Note:
No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) available for support
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
Support students across multiple school settings onsite
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Washington state SLP license
Experience working with school-aged students (grades 3-12) preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Commitment to onsite work with no SLPA support available
