Administrative Assistant 2

The role of an Administrative Assistant 2 involves providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This position requires acting as an information and communication manager within an office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and conducting basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, ensuring their distribution to necessary parties and teams.
  • Retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Respond with edits to attorneys and clients, while tracking requests in both directions.
  • Manage data fields in systems and ensure all parties requirements are met.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment:

This role involves working in a dynamic office environment, utilizing technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite. The position requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality and urgency while performing various administrative tasks. The work setting demands independent time management and proactive communication.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
