(No VOCO/virtual services at this time) Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled

Occupational Therapist

to provide comprehensive, school-based OT services to students from Pre-K through 8th grade across multiple sites within the Tracy, CA district. This is a

full-time, on-site position

for the 20252026 school year. Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student participation and success

Complete assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support students functional needs

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

Travel between multiple school sites as needed

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations

Qualifications:

Valid California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility

Experience working with school-age children, preferably PreK-8th grade

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Commitment to providing

in-person

therapy services (no virtual options currently)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site schedules
