Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Special Education Teachers to join our team. This role involves working directly with young children who have special needs, supporting their growth and development within a nurturing educational environment.

Collaborate with families, therapists, and education professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth
Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular team meetings
Ensure compliance with all applicable education regulations and standards
Qualifications: Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Oklahoma teaching certification or eligibility for certification in Special Education preferred
Experience working with preschool-aged children is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
A genuine passion for early childhood education and special needs populations
