We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to provide
in-person
services for a small caseload of students in
grades TK8
in
San Jose, CA . This position offers a
flexible daily schedule
and a manageable
part-time workload of approximately 1416 hours per week . You will work directly with students to support their developmental and educational goals, helping them build the skills necessary to succeed in their learning environments. Services may include assessment, treatment planning, direct therapy, collaboration with educators and families, and progress monitoring. Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school district requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Valid California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
Pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred
Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be able to provide services in person in the San Jose area
Additional Information:
Caseload is currently
11 students , with potential for changes during the school year
Services delivered across multiple grade levels, from
TK to 8th grade
