We’re looking for a digital lifecycle leader to design and execute the entire enterprise customer journey, from first touch through expansion. What You’ll Do
Own the enterprise lifecycle strategy : design and optimize the digital journey from sign-up to renewal. Drive qualified pipeline : build programs that feed sales-qualified opportunities and accelerate deal velocity. Boost onboarding & adoption : launch in-product flows, personalized nudges, and proof-of-value experiences. Run experiments : scale campaigns that increase conversion at every stage—activation, demo-to-pipeline, expansion-to-ARR. Lead & grow the team : hire and mentor a high-performing lifecycle growth team. What We’re Looking For
Deep experience in growth, lifecycle, or demand generation within enterprise SaaS. Proven ability to build lifecycle programs that create and accelerate enterprise pipeline. Strong analytical skills and fluency in funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → SQO → ARR). Expertise with marketing automation and multi-channel orchestration (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Braze, Looker). Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and data science. Why Join
