Job Details We are seeking a Corporate Associate with experience in M&A and private equity transactions to join our Denver team.
**Job Description**
* Handle middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions * Advise clients on corporate structuring, governance, and general business matters * Collaborate on cross-industry deals in areas such as consumer products, health care, gaming, and hospitality * Support clients ranging from entrepreneurs and private equity funds to public and private corporations
**Qualifications**
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school * 2–10 years of corporate experience, with a focus on M&A and private equity * Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills * Prior experience with outside general counsel work helpful but not required * Active bar membership in good standing (Colorado preferred)
