private lab in Urbana, IL, where your precision directly supports high-quality patient care. Certification Required:

HT or HTL | Full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday) |

Starting at $35/hour

(based on experience) What you will do Prepare tissue specimens: grossing, embedding, microtomy, staining

Perform IHC and special stains with accuracy

Maintain lab records and ensure regulatory compliance

Collaborate with

dermatopathologists

and lab teammates

Monitor instruments and manage supplies

What You Bring HT/HTL (ASCP) certification or board eligibility within 12 months

Experience with microtomes, auto stainers, and embedding centers

Familiarity with LIS and EMR systems

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with lab setup

Preferred:
