Provide strategic counseling to clients and insurance carriers on case valuation, defense strategies, and resolution options. Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members to achieve effective, cost-conscious results. Qualifications:
J.D. and licensed to practice in Illinois Recent insurance defense or general liability experience in Illinois Experience with any of the above practice areas Comfortable handling depositions, motion practice, mediations/arbitrations, and trials
