Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of litigation, from inception through resolution, in both state and federal courts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex litigation matters, using their legal expertise to guide clients through the legal process, and consistently delivering exceptional results.

1. Managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. 2. Representing clients in a wide range of general and commercial litigation matters. 3. Conducting legal research, drafting complex pleadings, motions, and briefs, and managing discovery. 4. Attending court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials. 5. Regularly handling court appearances and depositions. 6. Communicating with clients and providing timely updates on progress and case strategy. 7. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. 8. Collaborating with team members to develop effective strategies and arguments. 9. Maintaining professionalism and a high level of customer service to clients at all times.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. 3. Minimum of 10 years of general litigation experience, with a focus on commercial litigation. 4. Proven background in the skillful handling of depositions, trials, and hearings. 5. Exceptional legal writing and research skills. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment. 7. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve matters favorably and efficiently. 8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. High level of integrity and professional accountability. 11. Experience with client meetings and managing client expectations and needs.
