Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. 2. Making regular court appearances for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. 3. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies. 4. Preparing and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. 5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients. 6. Collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. 7. Keeping clients informed of case progress and providing legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff litigation attorney. 4. Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery. 5. Extensive experience in making court appearances. 6. Excellent litigation skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. 7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
